I've been using Panda Flowers for some time to cover any of my flower needs for Mother's Day, birthdays, etc. Have always received a quality product. Recently both my elderly aunts passed away and I sent flowers in March and again last week. When last weeks flowers arrived my parents were upset that I didn't originally send flowers for the first aunt. I had the receipt so questioned if they were delivered. Not only did I receive a prompt response but Panda Flowers immediately started to ask how they could help. Despite the fact the records showed the flowers delivered, Panda Flowers sent them again in a quick time frame. This kind of customer service doesn't happen often and the kindness they have shown during this time has made me a customer for life.

My husband ordered an arrangement from here to be delivered to our home as an early Mother's Day surprise. The flowers that arrived looked like they were several days old , they were jammed in a vase very overcrowded.More then half of the arrangement was green tree like material and some flowers had broken stems. The quality and attention to this arrangement was very disappointing and definitely not worth the 120 dollars he paid for them .Its so poor when your supposed to be delivery a wonderful gift of beautiful flowers and instead delivered garbage.

I realize the last (WOW) review on this flower shop goes back 5 years ago! It makes sense as I found it a big scam. I bought my wife a bunch of flowers for $55 from this flower shop the day before the valentine's day - nothing special with the bunch, all kinda cheap flowers, not even one rose included into a $55 bunch. After 2 days, they all died! This was the second time this happened. The first time, I thought our home was rather warm & dry. This time, we kept the vase in the basement which is very cool. They still died just on the second day. If I buy a bunch from a flower shop, rather than Costco or Real Canadian Superstore, where the same bunch was available at one third of the price, it's not because I'm stupid, it's because I have different expectations. The shop is run by a family who perhaps are worried about their profits a lot more than running a "flower shop". The girl at the cashier who is one of the owner's daughters did not even bother to wrap the bunch nicely. They were already wrapped into a cheap plastic wrap and she handed it over to me the way they were. Just go to any Western European or Eastern Canadian flower shop and ask for a bunch of cute flowers for your wife; the shopkeeper is gonna ask you how old she is and/or what's her favourite colour and then wrap the flowers in an appropriate and professional way accordingly. Perhaps the people around here have not seen any better and think this scam shop is WOW. Very disappointed. Don't let it happen to you too. I guess the previous review is written by the same family as it refers to an unknown Google user!
