  My usual stylist called me this morning sick. So in a scramble to get my hair coloured and cut after work today I called around all over the south to find a place that could fit me in.   Bailey is an amazing hairdresser! She is super friendly, very professional, and listens to what you want. I only trust her to cut/dye my hair! There are also tons of products to choose from.

  buying a wedding dress tomorrow and have appointments all day tomorrow. I've had midterms last 2 weeks, loaded with work and have had no time for myself. This place calls me at 5:40 to ask if I am coming to my 5:30 appointment. When I explain no, I'm still at work and made my appointment for 6:30, they said, "no there was an error. We can do your colour, but not your cut."

  Usually I have very good experiences at this location. But I usually book with Madison. She’s fantastic. The last two times I’ve been in, she’s been on Mat leave so I’ve gone to other ladies. Both times have been a disappointment. The most recent appointment, I asked for a nice rich auburn colour, and walked out with it almost black. Not only that she totally botched my undercut. I had to get my boyfriend to cut it down so it was the length it needed and to get the horrible, crooked lines out of it. I’m going to hold off my next appointment until Madison is back.

  I went in for a neck trim for my undercut and it was a total disaster! I was in tears once I realized how botched it was. The next day I went to the salon (having a total meltdown!) and the girls met me with kindness, and complete understanding. They were AMAZING! They listened and handled the situation like pros. I was then paired up with another stylist named Brandy, who is one of their senior stylists, and she had me smiling within seconds of sitting in her chair. The girls got me some water, tissues, and made the situation beyond right! I left feeling beautiful again, and will forever be a client of Brandy's. A true testament of how customer satisfaction is their TOP priority!
