  Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this location and I can assure you, even though I have gotten my wife and employees gift cards for numerous years, I will NEVER ever support this location ever again. As with every Christmas, I buy my employees and wife gift cards to EC so that they can enjoy a nice spa day. This is the first time that I purchased the gift cards from the Southcentre location. Long story short, my wife ended up losing her UNUSED gift card. Contacted the Southcentre location and explained my situation. No sympathy, no customer service, no reaching out to provide that extra little something to keep their customers happy. I asked if I could cancel the unused gift card and have a new one issued. The first lady I spoke with said ok no problem as long as you gave us a phone number at the time of purchase. So voila, I provided my wifes phone number and things were looking dandy. She then put me on hold to apparently talk to the office accountant who immediately told her to advise me that there is NOTHING they can do and that the gift card clearly states they do not replace lost gift cards. Well, nothing they can do but STEAL my money and laugh in my face. You morons just lost a lost of business over a minor gift card. Funny thing is if I ordered the gift card online, this wouldn't even be an issue.

  I have been going to EvelineCharles Southcentre Salon for almost 10 years now. (new location in the mall is lovely) Over the years, I have had a number of stylists and found each and every one very professional and pleasant.

  My wife got me a facial as my bday gift. Staff was excellent and facial was great. However my nose is full of blackheads still.. That part of the facial didn't work.

  I was recently referred by a friend to Wael at Evelyn Charles. He cut approximately 8 inches (which was a drastic change for me) and I am so in love with my hair! He was professional and made me feel comfortable when I got my hair done. He took the time to show me how to style my hair, something that no hair stylist has ever taken the time to show me. I left the salon that day feeling beautiful- I would highly recommend him!
