  Great place to buy a bike. I have been to three of four of their locations. Great service at all locations. Bought my first bike there in August and ended up buying two more after the first purchase. I love the group rides that they sponsor every week. It makes you feel like a part of a family. Best bike shop in Calgary period!

  Was looking into getting a new mountain bike and MTN was recommended by a friend; Amazing staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for the type of riding I do. Full Cycle Service was a huuuuge selling point for me. Love the store and the wonderful staff working there!

  Nice new space. Walked in , not one person said "hi" or asked if we needed help. Were there about 15 minutes on Tuesday late afternoon.

  It took multiple phone calls and showing up in person so that they would take my order for a small part on my bike. It took almost two weeks and many phone calls. I showed up again in person and informed them that they ordered the wrong part and it wasn't even close to what I needed (after I took in the part I needed and gave them photos for reference).
