  Bought my first bike from the Pure location a couple of weeks ago. Super pleased with the staff at all of their locations. I really dislike the other big bike stores in the city. They don't care about you after your purchase. I think Calgary Cycle is the only shop that gives lifetime minor tuneups to the original purchaser of their bikes. That in my book is awesome. I recommended a friend to buy a bike from them and he was super happy with the service provided. I know he will be buying future bikes from there as will I. Thanks for actually providing real service for the biking community of Calgary!

  I brought my old bike in for a tune-up in the spring kind of hoping that I would be told it was a write-off due to age and over-use so that I would be justified in shopping for a brand new bike. Alas, the staff at the store were more interested in being honest and professional than making a quick easy sale, so I learned from the bicycle mechanic that my bike would probably be good for another few years after a bit of work. Because I had apparently already decided that I would go bicycle shopping anyway, I began asking about bicycle recommendations for a person on a tight budget who may or may not actually use it. The staff member, despite being extremely busy with tune-ups and phone calls, took the time to show me some different options to fit my requirements and got me set up with a perfect bicycle. The price was within budget, the bike is beautiful, and because it's a high-quality and well-made machine, it's super fun to ride. I LOVE this bike, and I love that I can take it in to the shop for a quick tune-up without an appointment anytime I think it might need it. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone interested in buying a new bike, getting some new gear, and/or getting a bike tuned up.

  Went to Pure to find a bike for my 4 yr old son, after having him struggle on a hand-me-down bike that he couldn't balance or pedal. Erik recommended a Precaliber Trek and we (son included) couldn't be happier! It made a world of difference - he was zooming around with training wheels off the same day! I found the pricing to be competitive and the staff to be both helpful and knowledgeable. Best of all, I love that I'm supporting a LOCAL business, not some corporate chain. Thank you Pure Cycle for the amazing bike and ensuring my son will be a bike lover for life!

  We have bought various products over the years and have always been pleased with the price & quality of the products as well as the customer service we have received when shopping at Pure Cycle. When we bought my daughter a bike, she was fitted properly and had a chance to ride it before we took it home-sealed the deal for us! And when I had to take my chariot in for a wheel repair, it was fixed quickly and then Erik loaded it back into my car for me as I had my hands full with my kiddos...highly recommend this store for anyone in the market for a new bike or anything that goes along with a bike!!!
