  I arrived 20 minutes early, like they recommended. I know it was street parking only and meter only accept a maximum of 2 hours. The bike fit takes 2 hours. I thought to myself 'I'll risk that 15 min'. Got in the store with my bike and gear. The guy at the front desk told me 'He(the bike fitter) is just finishing up. You can get change now if you like'. So I did but sadly there was nowhere to leave your belongings. The front desk person told me I could leave it in the change room, but it's not secure.

  I want to start off by saying I'm no professional cyclist by any means, but I do want to get into this sport. I thought, best place to start is to get a professional bike fitting. I made my appointment online(very easily and quick) at Speedmatrix. Unfortunately the fanciness of their website and store betray me.

  After 30mins of waiting(15 min past my booked appointment) the fitter is still with his earlier appointment. The sad part is, there isn't even a 'waiting area' for me to sit. I had to wait in the little seat in the cycling shoes section like an idiot who is lost. I looked into the fitting room, doesn't seem like the bike fitter would be finish with his earlier appointment anytime soon. Seeing how the bike fit was supposed to start 15 minute ago plus the 15 minutes I started my parking meter. I decided it wasn't worth the risk of a ticket for parking past my allowed time.

  I would not go back to that place. They may be professionals, but when it comes to new client like myself, I don't feel like I'm being valued in their eyes as a worthy investment for their attention. If anyone ask me about this place, I would turn them away. Definitely won't recommend to anyone I know.
