  Worst place I’ve been. Went in and traded my car and found the truck I wanted, did up all paperwork. That was good. Then had to come back for final paper and to go over the truck I was getting, just to find out they sold the truck that I picked out and agreed on. Did not get same Truck. Less options.

  Service is always wonderful and quick. They take time to explain service items. They will always recommend services according to dodge/Jeep recommendations however not always what is warranty recommended - I always check before giving the go ahead. The shuttle drivers at this location are so friendly.

  In addition to the above comments, I would also like to mention how much of a pleasure it was working with the rest of the team. Thank you also to Eddie, Matt and Marc. All of these individuals (including Joel and Brenton) should be recognized for the pleasant and relaxed environment that they create together as a teams. Courtesy has definitely cultivated a skilled team that provides a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

  I recently bought my first ever, brand-new vehicle from Courtesy Chrysler. I dealt with a fairly new sales person, Ross. Ross provided excellent service and was not a pushy sales person at all. The business office managed to screw up my bill of sale twice. Then when I went to register the vehicle, I couldn't because the business office lady didn't sign it. That is the only reason for the 4/5 rating. The salesman Ross I would rate 5/5 and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The business office pulled the rating down.

  I got the truck co-signed with my dad and they told me if I made all payments without being late they would call me back in in 8 months to get me into a better Truck with same pay or less and get my dad off the co-sign. It’s been 3 years still the same as I bought. This company don’t card for the customer only the buck in there pocket. That’s only one thing. I have 5 other things about this company and I address every time they call me and they yet to deal about the problem, takes one year each time before I hear from them and it’s never about what I talked with them about. Just wished this was the best dealer they used to be, but it’s not. Again they only want the buck, not the happiness of a true vehicle owner.

  Very friendly place, Omar, he’s an amazing sales person. He helped me search for a car that was suitable for my daily needs. Gave me a tour and showed me several cars without hesitation. He gave me spectacular quotes and went above and beyond to help me find my new car. Thank you for your compassion and love for your job Omar! Totally recommended. His sales expertise was beyond expectational, worthy of the Chylser brand.
