  I was booked in quickly for an appointment and every concern, even the smallest one, was addressed. Every person that works at Jack Carter Chevrolet that I dealt with were so friendly and respectful from reception to The service desk, service advisors and even the fellow that brought my vehicle around when it was ready! I have owned Chevy vehicles for over 15 years from my first vehicle to my current vehicle and my next Chevy purchase will definitely be through Jack Carter Chevrolet in Calgary.

  I was told different things by every person I spoke with; from parts to service. I was told it would be done right away and that you open at 8. It is now 12:20 and my key is finally done. I called yesterday at 8 and the key needed to come from Edmonton, something that should have been in stock here, Calgary. My car was returned dirty and cold. Since it had been here over 24 hours it would have been nice if they could have let it warm up and be ready for pickup. I know this isn’t Volkswagen who has awesome service , so I understand a quick rinse would be out of the question here.

  I had the recent pleasure and experience at the Jack Carter dealership and was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful and pleasant greeting I received from a wonderful and polite young women named Taylor. She was very helpful in advising and providing direction to support my objectives and potential purchase at the dealership. She did all this very efficiently end effectively and it was very much appreciated and I was very impressed as I have had different response prior I would rather forget! Taylor set me up with a service advisor for my current vehicle and a salesman which we did decide to buy a new vehicle. As they always say, your first impression is paramount to next steps and outcomes!

  Once again, we find the staff committed to customer service excellence. There's no sales pressure, and everyone goes the extra mile to make our purchase go smoothly.
