  Terrible product, I wish I researched how poorly minis are made and all the failures they have before I bought one. Paul the service guy at this location is particularly useless. Save your money and buy a good vehicle, anything other than BMW.

  The staff at mini was helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. They made the buying/trading a vehicle experience so easy and comfortable. And a special shout out to Jacob May, he definitely went the extra mile. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

  My husband bought me a MINI for Christmas 2016. He dealt with Carmen at MINI Crowfoot. He went on and on about her! He said she was friendly, approachable, professional and just great to deal with. He too is in sales so really appreciated the experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Carmen a few months later to pick up my car. She took her time going through all the features of my MINI. I never felt rushed. Great experience!
