I bought a 2010 lincoln mkz and it is already starting to rust on the roof. Even with my extended bumper to bumper warranty it's not covered. They said it's due to rock chips but that's completely not true. The rust is within a millimeter of my windshield but for some divine reason my windshield doesn't even have a scratch where the rust is. I thought Lincoln=quality but that is far from the truth. I've owned previous vehicles that were 20 years old with zero rust. There is no way a car 7 years old should be rusting, especially with the price you pay for a Lincoln. Them claiming its from rock chips shows they don't even stand by there so called "quality" of work. I will never buy a Ford or Lincoln again and strongly urge everyone reading this to shop somewhere else.

Truck was hit by someone, took it to Universal to get fixed. Took longer than I was initially told it would take, and the fresh paint was damaged when the plastic trim was put back on.

First class autobody work and customer service on my 2005 Mercedes-Benz C230 ! Thanks very much for a perfect repair and attention to every aspect of the repair - they also detailed the vehicles interior. Excellent! Thanks again.

Horrible experience. Would never recommended anyone ever using this dealership let alone buying something from them.....

I had a had my rear bumper repainted (among other repairs) on my Focus due to an rear end collision which was paid through my insurance. Initially, it seemed like a job well done however, about a year later, I realized that it was anything but. The paint peeled off when I was pressure washing my car! I noticed that they did not use primer at all and the paint was painted directly on the part. Unfortunately a year had passed since they did the job so I don't think anything will be done. I'll be going to another body to get it done properly. It's really unfortunate because their customer in the office area is good.

I would never buy another Lincoln. I purchased a 2013 Lincoln Navigator had nothing but problems with the vehicle. After only six months I have a new engine, rebuilt transmission, new computer system, and the vehicle broke down twice on me leaving me stranded. The dealership(Woodridge) had my vehicle for early three months during the first six months I owned it. Over the next four years I own the vehicle I continue to have problems. When I brought my vehicle in for its 80,000 km service, they told me they would not cover the rust on the back tailgate because I was 300kms over the warranty. I was not able to see the dealership for an appointment for a week because they were booked. When I made the call I was under 80,000kms. Also, the dealership and Lincoln put over 400 km during the 3 months they were driving it trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Lincoln doesn't stepped up to the plate. The two customer service managers at Lincoln Nate & Brian don't return calls and when they do they give you the run around and excuses. They even told me after all the problems I had with my Lincoln that if I was unhappy with the vehicle that one of my options was to sell it. The company does not stand behind its product. Do not be fooled.....this is not a luxury company in my opinion.
