  I love this dentist office not only because it’s weekend hours, multilingual staffs, amazing customer service, and great accommodation. My first time at this dentistry was for emergency tooth cavity and it hurt like hell. When I called Pro Grace on a Sunday morning, they get me in the office in the afternoon right away. If you want a good dentistry that will be there for you whenever you need it, this is the one you should go to. 如果你需要普通話或廣東話服務，這裡的櫃台小姐和牙醫都會講。

  I chose Pro Grace because they had such positive reviews online and I was not disappointed! Even though teeth cleaning feels like a form of torture, all the staff were extremely friendly, personable, and funny, and they actually made my trip to the dentist feel almost like a fun social outing!

  Walked in as an emergency. I called twice ahead and they told me they will accept me but there may be a bit of a wait. I said this was completely okay, as my previous dentist would make me wait an hour with an actual appointment. Here, my name was called 10 mins after I walked in! Everyone was super friendly and the dentist was very transparent about all the costs as I said I would be paying out of pocket. I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled out and the dentist apologized for leaving, which i thought was cute since I'm so used to being left alone for an hour or so with my old dentist. Besides, there wasn't really anything to do as you wait for the anaesthesia to kick in. Overall, great service and experience!

  Over the past couple of weeks I’ve visited Pro Grace about 5 times and was saw to by a few different dentists, all of whom were fantastic, for both routine maintenance and for a couple of emergency procedures, including a surprise wisdom tooth extraction, which isn’t the most fun situation. However, every single member of their team was incredibly welcoming and were able to make me feel much more at ease. It was obvious that I was nervous, but my dentist and his assistants made me feel as comfortable as possible and were very patient with my many questions. The ladies at the front desk are fantastic and are wonderful about checking in with you to ensure everything is going good in the following days. I will absolutely be back for all of my dental needs!

  This last couple times to the office has been different. I learned that there has been a change of ownership and the place is like a supermarket now. All the old staff who were all great are not there anymore. Don’t know anyone accept for one old staff. I got a cleaning and the new hygienist can’t compare to my old one. They also did not inform me that it was a different cleaner before i got there. The assistants who assisted my dentist for filling seems very inexperienced and everything was just chaotic. I would have given this place a 1 star if it I was not able to do my filling with Dr. Hsu. I did not see the other guy dentist there anymore also. Not the same office anymore...going downhill definitely!
