  Doctors are great, but most of the staff is garbage. Rude, irksome, and incompetent. Recommend Sundance location instead.

  I've gone here a few times now, and each time, was able to secure a same-day appointment (Downtown Calgary location -- 6th Ave SE)

  We have been to both this location and the Sundance location. We like this clinic because we have been able to get same day appointments, which always beats the lines at walk-ins. My husband was able to see the doctor and get the referral he needed to also see a specialist. We have experienced small wait times on the odd occasion, however, this is expected if the doctor needs to spend extra time and care on other patients he/she is seeing. I would want that for my care and treatment as well.

  The physicians I've seen here have all been good (Drs. Kongolo, Young, and Chan, and another whose name escapes me), and I'd likely go back.

  My doctor referred me to this clinic to get vaccinated. I booked my appointment, came from across the city, paid for the outrageous parking, only to get the worst service that I have ever had, and was told to re-book and come back another day because I apparently did not book the appointment correctly. Meanwhile, it was not me who spoke to the clinic regarding process, I simply called to book the appointment based on my doctors recommendation and her secretary’s information. The lady at Imagine Health was condescending, belittling, and utterly rude. Per the Canadian health act, every person should have access to the best quality service, but this lady gave the complete opposite. I would rate this clinic 0 stars if I could. Unbelievable.

  I was thinking of taking one of them on as my family physician, but I've heard/seen that there has been some fluctuation in terms of how long doctors stay at this clinic. For that reason, I'm hesitant (and have lowered my rating by a star).

  One of the only clinics I've ever gone to in which appointments were seen on-time (or I was at least taken into the examination room on-time or early).

  I was going to this clinic for most of my prenatal care before switching to an OB/GYN. After I had my baby I returned for my 1st week checkup. It seems like a lot of the staff has changed and unfortunately I can no longer put my trust in this clinic. The doctor seemed okay but I won't endure the service from the assistance staff just to see her again. The staff member who took my son's weight didn't zero the scale and asked me if he was 4 lbs, which he is obviously not, and then she thought I was pregnant and asked if I did a urine test. I still look pregnant because women usually do right after giving birth. I just can't believe she thought I was pregnant when I walked in with a newborn baby. She also had the blood pressure cuff on in the wrong position when she took my blood pressure so I doubt that that reading was accurate. I don't trust that any of the data she collected was correct and with a newborn I'd prefer to have data on file that is at all relevant or useful.
