  I hear his laughter 8 hours a day for 40 hours a week. I drive home to the soundtrack of it, playing over and over in my head. I crawl into bed and fall asleep to it gnawing into my psyche. I ask, when will this suffering finally end? When will the sweet peace of death save me? Am I already dead?

  Great service and friendly staff. Really helpful and got me on a great phone and plan suited for my needs. Highly recommend.

  When I bought a phone for my son, I was given the run around and now that the phone died a whole 5 months later.....yet another run around. You may want to advise your staff, when a person calls and starts asking a question and you interrupt them and the caller starts talking again. It's rude of the employee to say let me finish my sentence, even though they were the one to cut you off first. Best don't buy from Best Buy.

  What a joke! The lady had no clue what she was doing and kept asking me what rogers said. Rogers sent me there because they were out of all the phones I wanted. She didn't ask for my number nothing. Literally pulled out some papers and was like ok hmm mm. I just left. Your staff should at least be knowledgeable.
