    I love this Staples! I mostly use the print and copy, but the staff are super helpful and friendly and never fail to give me a hand. Whenever I need any sort of specific stationary kind of stuff, I go here.

    We have printed approximately five sets of business cards over the past month and while the finished quality is excellent, we have definitely noticed issues with quality control within their central processing department.

    The computer tech's are not professional and do not take the time to find the problem and actually fix it. Instead they seemed to be more trained in sales and getting you to get a new computer. They said my wifes compiter was fried and about as.useful as a peper wieght. Tool it to memory express and 30 min later its working. The extra warranty offered is useless and this location is basically a warehouse with office supplies, and a few red shirts wondering around and avoiding customer contact. Not the store it used to be. I am used to buy all my company computers here but the last several times I have been there I have been dissatisfied with the computer sales and tech department. We are taking our business elsewhere after 13 years.

    My computer crashed and as I use it for work, needed a replacement right away. Went to Best Buy who couldn't get anything for me for a week and a half. Walked over to Staples where they also did not have what I wanted, but they bent over backwards (unlike Best Buy) to find one, the technician himself drove to the closest town with it to pick it up for me, brought it back, and they had it configured, loaded and ready to go for me in a few days! Everyone was very professional, understanding and just a pleasure to work with. I will never buy a computer elsewhere! These folks ROCK!!

    Clearly these cards have to be quality checked before release to the Staples front end outlet.

    Without going into excessive detail, three of the card sets had to do reprints as elements that were included in the design file submitted, were missing on the final product. One card set actually had to be redone three times.

    One of the services we provide clients with through our website design and digital marketing agency is bsuiness branding of which a component is business card design. Recently we started using Staples for the printing of such cards as their pricing structure is very reasonable.

    The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, particularly in anything related to tech. Their advice is often very helpful! Over the years I've purchased many things here, from cell phones to computers. Their price matching policy is very fair and their return policy is very good.

    The issue is clearly not in the front end Staples store as staff there were clearly doing their jobs. The issue without a doubt is in the central processing department and specifically with respect to quality control.
