  I have ordered from Bloomex several times, and normally have no issues. However, I ordered flowers for my fiancé yesterday, as she was having a very tough day and I wanted to cheer her up. I paid extra for same day delivery, and she was home all day to receive them, yet there was no deliver attempt made.

  I have had nothing but AMAZING results from Bloomex.I have ordered multiple times including flowers and gift baskets. Some for mother's day, birthdays and sympathy. They truly have a wonderful selection for every price range. You will always find something special. I recommend this company for any of your flower and basket needs. You truly cannot go wrong. Fast, efficient service and delivery on point.

  I was very concerned at first because the delivery was late, it finally arrived at 8:00 pm. But the driver got a bit lost and the weather wasn't fantastic, so all is forgiven. And the quality of the arrangements was absolutely stunning! They were even more beautiful then the picture on the website. These were ordered for my mother-in-law and she was so pleased with them. Big thank you to the talented florist who put the arrangement together, it turned out just incredible! A gorgeous splash of color for a special birthday surprise.

  I go back to their chat and ask why I was only notified 18 hours later, and why I was specifically told they were delivered to the wrong address and would be redelivered, and I get absolutely no help. I'm given the run around, and the closest I get to an apology is "The flowers are with your neighbours. sorry." They won't explain why I was specifically told they were delivered to the wrong address, or why I wasn't informed until 18 hours later that my neighbours have my delivery. They said they will redeliver, but it might take a week. I am finally offered a refund for $5 (same day delivery charge) after insisting I should be reimbursed.

  I placed an order on Dec. 28, 2017 for the flowers to be delivered at 10:00AM next day. The confirmation email I got clearly states the delivery will be at 10:00AM on Dec. 29 as the flowers were for a funeral to held at 1:00PM but the delivery came at 2:00PM. I have copy pasted the email below. I tried live chat with Anna but she didn't help me at all. She blocked me out and I still cant go on live chat. I called the warehouse in Calgary and talked to someone and he said I will get a call back in few minutes but I never got the call. I tried calling again in the afternoon but the lady said she can't help me and hung up on me various times.

  Terrible customer service. No sense that they did anything wrong, and no attempt to correct anything. When I call their number, I get a message saying their agents don't have access to their database and that I have to use the chat function or e-mail, and then I am disconnected. Seems like this company has gone WAY downhill. Will not be ordering from here again.

  Around 6-7pm I chatted with one of their customer service reps, and was told the flowers were accidentally delivered to the wrong address, they mixed up street for avenue, and they will redeliver tomorrow...no big deal. However, the next morning, at 9am I am then told that they were left with a neighbour, two doors down, at 3pm the day before. Understandably, I am confused and e-mail them back to clarify. They then tell me they are with my neighbour, who never came by to let us know (so I doubt they actually have them), and is not home at the time for me to check with them.
