  After receiving the set, we right away noticed a wrong size footbed panel and bad drawers adjustments on the dresser with empty sets of holes in the drawers showing bad installation and a trial at fixing the problem that totally failed.

  They're really helpful and knowledgeable. I asked for a particular lighting model which they didn't have in store, but went out of their way to refer me to a more local vendor and sorted out a suitable alternative. Thank you!

  We purchased dining chairs and commissioned a custom oak dining table from Bracko Brothers 10 years ago. Now we are downsizing and are selling the set. When we found the very large top stuck to the pedestal base we called Bracko. Without blinking an eye one of the managers came out to our home on their way to a nearby delivery and very cheerfully corrected the problem. Now that is great service a full decade after the sale -- Thank you!

  For me it feels wrong as untruthfull publicity. Still have to have all issues taken care of so will be back when I know how long it took to fix all issues since they asked for full payment to order the set in the first place and or it was not checked upon reception at the store prior to shipping here or done without caring for the mistake/problem
