  I have nothing but positive things to say about McArthur's Furniture. My wife and I looked at several different places closer to where we lived, but couldn't find the quality or price range we were looking for. When we went to McArthur's, we found 2 bedroom sets that met our criteria, and ordered one. When the set was delivered, we were told that the headboard was cracked, and they had already ordered a replacement. They replaced the cracked headboard a few weeks later without any problems. Good customer service and great quality.

  Definitely high end furniture and good quality. Even on sale it could cost $1400 for an accent chair. What bothered me was the lady said she would come to my house n help with interior design at 125/ hour. She also said she will give me a discount for $100 on a purchase if 3000. But as it turned out, I ended up paying more for her to visit. Was the visit worth it? No. She said she'll follow up with an email but to no avail

  "We've got you covered" McArthur's slogan proclaims, but don't believe this for a minute. If they have your money, service and satisfaction quickly become hollow promises.

  When repaired and returned with new fill, we refused delivery due to the continued substandard cushion quality. McArthur's denied a refund or any further corrective action, instead offering a 10% discount for inconvenience.

  Less than a year later - under warranty- the recliner mechanism squeals like a cat and is wearing through leather cushions, now compacting to concave hollows. Their tech visited to take pictures and, despite our calls, we have heard nothing in two weeks. 5 star service indeed!

  We ordered 2 Stickley reclining chairs based on their showroom model specs for $12,800, delivered in early 2016. Both were returned a month later with a broken frame, a faulty motion mechanism and poor cushion fill.
