  Calgary store needs to do better with their customer service. I have had great help over the phone as well as in their Toronto store (which is btw great). So I feel this is a Calgary store thing. Such as shame as otherwise they have lovely things.

  I love their products, however I have never received good service when visiting the store and recently I bought lighting and was told it was going to be ordered in. A month later I never heard back so I called and inquired because we were ready for them. Turns out they were back ordered for an extra 3 months and never did anyone let me know when I placed my order or call to inform me.

  Staff are not motivated enough to obtain sales. The store carries nice collections but items are so hard to order and there is no guaranteed delivery date or product warrenty. When I was talking to a staff about ordering a sofa, the other staff came over and talked to her about going lunch and that she's starving.

  This store has the worst customer service. I've been at this store a couple times to shop around for furniture, and no floor staff has ever approached me to offer help or even to say hello. This last time I was there, I literally passed by 4 to 5 staff and none of them even recognized my existence - isn't this basic customer service? It is also extremely hard to order furniture online and get it sent to the store. My boyfriend and I had a much more positive experience at EQ3 in the south.
