  Not recommended due to poor customer service. Simple administrative errors made by branch staff and you end up with additional charges. Will not renew.

  I would never go to these guys for an insurance their rates are twice as high as other companies and their customer service is even worse.

  Attention : Everyone "warning"" All State Insurance the wort company ever . Here is my story ..... Over a year ago . I was looking for cheaper rate than what I have. Which intact through my insurance broker. I just purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler 3 months later my jeep got t-boned. The woman went thru a stop sign. My jeep was totalled . Then, my jeep was impounded. As soon as I got home I reported the accident. Later the following week I got a call from my adjustor. So I gave them my file number/ police report. For the next few weeks, every time I call back its seem my adjustor is nowhere to be found. They before the 30 days. I got a call from the impound place that unless I pick up the my jeep , I will loose it. Then I tried to call my adjustor , she wasn't around so they gave a different adjustor.. Then she wants all the informations again and tell her about the accident. So I finally got my jeep to the dealer where I bought the jeep. . During that time I rented I vehicle comparable to my jeep . After a week I got a call from AVIS that they need another approval to extend my rental . They tried to get in touch with All State but they did not return AVIS call . So after a week I have to return the jeep and paid out my pocket , the one day over due. Good thing the we have a second car. So when I got call from the dealership. So I call All State and they said another adjustor Is handle my case which out of Ontario . And according to this guy that he is been looking for a similar jeep that I used to have from there he will let me know how much they give me to replace my jeep .. I faxed my jeeps invoice what model and the cost .. After all said and done , My adjustor from Ontario decided and send me a cheque partial what I pay for my jeep.. Basically I lost $11500 and I had to refinance again to a replacement for my jeep.. They say about replacement to your new vehicle if ever got written off .. It's all lie .. And didn't pursue the insurance company of the woman the hit which she was at fault.. That is why I hired a lawyer for property damages and injury claim . For the last 15 years I have 5star rating and I've been insured since 1985. And every time I go for claim whether it's my fail or not my adjustor contact me always all the time to see to it that I'm taking care of ... That' doesn't happen with All State ... So to save you money, time.bAnd griefs .. Stay away from them .. !!!!!!
