  I'm very pleased with the experience working with this Sate Farm office on the recent surety arrangement for a Commercial General Liability insurance. Mr. Michael Clark from this office has been very responsive, knowledgeable and professional through out all the steps from inquiry, coverage description, quote, up to the insurance certificate.   My girlfriend and I have been dealing with a gentleman by the name of Michael Clark there for almost a year now and he has provided the best service either of us have ever had with an insurance broker. Bank issues? No problem how can I help? Need to change dates? No problem I got you covered. Anything we've needed he has been there to help. I'd highly recommend this company and Michael to anyone who is looking for some positive change in an insurance company.

  I have been with state farm for 14 years for Auto Insurance and 10 years for Life/Home Insurance. The State Farm agent I was with retired and I got moved to this location for my services, Since being moved over we have had 1 instance where it took 7 days to hear back from an agent regarding an issue in billing which resulted in additional charges. I also called and left a message on March 13th 2017 for someone to call me back regarding a different issue and today is April 10th 2017 and I STILL have not received a phone call.... HORRIBLE customer service as far as I am concerned.

  I have been a client of Ted Yan's for almost 10 years now. Ted and his team have always been very responsive (I do not believe I've ever waited more than 24-hours for a response...even when Ted is out of town!) and supportive (and I have moved a lot and made quite a few changes to my policies). I started with vehicle coverage, added renter's, and now very recently added life insurance. I have been very pleased with the service provided and am happy to recommend Ted as an agent.
