  I bought a charm bracelet here on boxing week. I am having problems with the clasp being loose and coming undone. I came here looking for help and expecting to buy another bracelet. But I really just wanted help and advice. I instead another girl barged in on the girl I was talking to and I said they can't help me at all, because of a green PLASTIC bead I added. She wouldn't listen to me, and just kept interrupting me about their policy, that my warranty is void and there is nothing they can do. You are welcome to buy things here but do not expect help if you need it.

  Shopping should be a pleasant experience so making it difficult for customers to make exchanges by delaying until January 2nd benefits only the company. Not the customer. What about those who are from out of town. What a hassle. Low points for sure.

  Wonderful experience! Originally went to the Southcentre location looking for a small white leather bracelet, which they didn't have so I settled on something else. I ended up calling the Chinook store and they had the small white leather bracelet, which they put on hold for me. The exchange for the new bracelet with the current bracelet was so smooth and easy!!

  Very nice jewelry the problem is that the service is not the greatest, but the Jewllery is very nice, a lot of good options. I went to exchange my bracelet and I didn't because the girl insisted that the bracelet I brought first was better than the other one I want too. It thing it was more for the different in prices I don't think she want to make me a re-found of money.

  I bought a few charms and a bracelet here. The lady that helped kept on trying to sell me more charms even though I stated that I didn't want any more... I just felt like it was unpleasant and they didn't care for what I wanted, they just wanted to make more sales...
