  I took my suit pants here because I had managed to pick up a couple grease stains thanks to my 3 year old. One was small enough that I'd been ignoring it for a year or so but the new stains were unmistakable. They charged a bit more than my last place and took nearly twice as long but the pants came back without a hint of a stain so I was happy to pay. As an added bonus I was able to drop off a package to ship via UPS when I came back to pick up the pants.

  I bought a groupon for this place and was super pleased with their service and honesty! I thought I had checked all my pants pockets but I guess I had not...when I picked up my pants they gave me a bag of items found in my garments, it was $55!!! The person who found it could have easily kept it for themselves and they did not! What a great, professional place!!!!!

  I know some people are complaining that they are super expensive but I come from Toronto and cleaning a Canada Goose was about $40 there. At this location it was $45 and that includes free pickup and delivery! It's hard for me to drop off coats these days so I was very happy with that service!

  I went in for a ups pick up and got one package. I was supposed to get two so I asked the lady to check again but she got mad.

  And to top it off, I receive birthday coupons by email... and I can coordinate my pick up by email... so easy. I've had nothing but great experiences with DCBD!

  I had them on the phone and then saw them when they delivered my coats and they were extremely nice! They wanted to make sure I was happy with everything and my coats smelt wonderful! Usually with drycleaners it doesn't smell so I was happy with the odour!
