  I was charged with assault with a weapon and assault causing a bodily harm. I plead guilty to assault with a weapon and the other charge was withdrawn. Tonii Roulston was straight-forward, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, experienced and put me at ease. I had a better outcome than I expected and was satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend Tonii to anyone who has been charged with an Assault and/or Assault with a weapon/bodily harm charge.

  I was charged with impaired driving and over 80 and I went to Roulston Urquhart for help. Tonii was successful in ensuring I did not get a criminal record which I can't have because of my profession. Tonii Roulston was straight-forward, she is an absolute professional.   Strongly recommend Tonii. She is a very sophisticated no bs lawyer! If there is any technicalities out there that would give leverage to your case, she will find it and use it! She's very meticulous and she isn't afraid to push the limits. If I was a prosecutor I'd hate to be opposing her.

  I had a better outcome than I expected and I would recommend Tonii to anyone who has any criminal charges. Tonii and Jennifer were the only two I had contact with in the office. Both made me feel like a valued client with a legitimate reason to be disputing the charge against me. Tonii was passionate toward my situation and had an understanding through her experience, of the position I was in.
