  We had to reschedule our initial appointment. David was very apologetic and flexible in rearranging the time at our convenience. He really went the extra mile. He rekeyed and serviced all of our locks. He adjusted them all to ensure they were the proper tightness, cleaned the dirty locks, and greasing the joints so they work smoothly. He took the time to explain proper maintenance and what to look out for to suggest the locks needed to be replaced. He was polite, friendly and professional. With all the stress of moving its nice to know there's a company you can count on. Will always use this company from now on!!

  The best! Andy let us know exactly when he'd be coming and he did an awesome job. I would highly recommend him! He even guided me in talking to the manufacturer and we got a brand new lockset for free!

  Excellent service, Andy is amazing. If I could give more stars I would. He explained what he was doing and instead of incurring the expense of 2 new locks (as blindly quoted by other competition) he repaired the existing lock which saved me time and money. Extremely courteous over and above service...Highly knowledgeable, trustworthy and recommended. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks again Andy!
