  I received great customer service from the Calgary location. The staff member was very friendly and helped me complete a furniture purchase over the phone. It was for the Cameron wall system so it was a rather large order. The order arrived as expected and in perfect condition. I am very happy with the quality of wood and ease of assembly!

  The service is not bad but sometimes better at the phone, when the store is full of people the personal straggle a bit.

  good to have Pottery Barn Kids in Calgary, but disappointed to see how bad customer service they provide. Had to deal with assistant manager of the store who doesn't seem to know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is! I bought a bed for my child and got the wrong color in one of the two boxes. First I was offered to bring it back to the store, then after explaining to the lady on the phone that its not my mistake and I wouldn't waste time driving through the whole city to exchange boxes, I was offered the UPS service. With all the time wasted with shipping label sent to the wrong mail (or not sent), then making me phone UPS, as the store COULDN'T arrange. I end up finding out I would wait for a week to get the box. So I end up driving myself. And in the store I just heard excuses how store is not responsible for UPS! This reasoning is pathetic and not what I expect from Pottery Barn!
