  First class service from Neptune for an emergency furnace repair in winter (Dec 15). They came out immediately and the field tech Trevor B. was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and told me everything that was going on. He found the problem immediately (a seized fan motor), identified other things to keep an eye on in the future, and gave me all the options from doing the bare minimum to fixing everything. Trevor was fantastic. He even noticed and repaired (AT NO CHARGE!!) a deficiency on my water heater plumbing that was installed a couple of years ago. Trevor at Neptune is my GO TO guy!!

  Who knew getting a new furnace could be so easy. Trevor and his assistant Martin were very professional and personable. Will gladly do business with Neptune again.

  Have dealt with Ben at Neptune on two separate occasions for several issues (both problems and maintenance). I appreciated Neptune's quick dispatch of Ben, at my request, follow up over the weekend and no nonsense problem solving. I found Ben to be very knowledgeable and not pushy. I feel like he works the problem vs. having any other agenda. I appreciate both him and the firm as a whole and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

  Brian was incredibly helpful and efficient, and we will be requesting him by name in the future. Some companies and/or trades individuals ask for trust... other inspire it. Brian inspired a confidence and trust, that he would treat my house is if it was his own. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs, and because of him Neptune & Co.
