  Long version: I ordered a taxi to an address In downtown, waited. Taxi driver called but couldn’t see him, so I told him to pull in the parking lot and I would see him. Came out and couldn’t see him. I walked around the building and the block but couldn’t find him. Called him back 4 times to check and he finally picked up the phone and said he picked someone up already while waiting for me. There was no cabs around the blocks, so I called Checker again to book another car and explain the problem. Then I saw an available cab ~half a block away so I ran towards it. His friend did tell him to go here. So I got on (13 minutes after all). Everything was good until I handed the taxi chit to this driver (car 1023) and he started filling out info. He asked how much I wanted to put on the tips as it said 15%. I told him to leave it as I will fill that out myself. He gave me the taxi chit back with tips section pre-filled by him at slightly more than the maximum tips allowed and told me to put name and sign. I said to him that he should have not filled the tips out, it’s up to me how much I want to put in for the tips. I left it at that. This is very unprofessional from both taxi drivers.

  The drive we had tonight yelled at my pregnant daughter because I rushed out the taxi when we got to our daycare after they were closed. Neither of us got mad at him while in the cab we did blame him for anything traffic is not his fault, and while she payed for our ride I ran into daycare to get my granddaughter as I am not pregnant and don't if I fall down rushing it will only hurt me. But according to this driver this means he can yell at my daughter how she should get a and be more responsible because she has a child that's what he did.

  They’re always late picking me up have made me late for work three times. They blame it on the GPS but Uber never has an issue finding my house. And I always have a long wait for a cab. They are not a good business anymore today they lost a regular customer I can’t be late for work anymore.

  Was running a bit behind for a dentist appointment so I called a taxi to come get me while I was on the bus. I called at 11:58 and got to pick up spot at 12. While sitting there I saw 3 yellow taxis on the street exiting the parking lot and so forth could not catch them fast enough. The car dispatched for me did not get there till 12:15 . That is ridiculous when there were literally cabs in the parking lot! You guys wonder why people are going for uber....

  COMPANY FULL OF CROOKS. DO NOT TRIST THESE PEOPLE. Dishonest drivers who will rip you off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. Driver picked us up after a night out, and attempted to drive us far out of the way of our actual destination. Once we called him out and told him we would be recording his license plate he told us that we could have the drive for free. These drivers are crooks, they will add extra KM wherever they can. Do NOT use this service, there are other companies who will charge you the actual mileage without trying to screw you over. Called head office with the license plate number of the individual who tried to rip me off, and they would not do anything. This company encourages drivers to rip off customers who are not paying attention. SCAM ARTISTS AND THIEVES. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

  Short version: Unprofessional service (taxi I ordered picked someone up while I was trying to locate him). The next taxi tipped himself the maximum tips amount without consulting customer.
