  Zero star!!! Worst service experience. Paid by CF mall shopping card, only refund to MK gift card. Manager and Staff are very rude and told us that it is their store rule! But I think It is a robber's rule!

  I am standing in line in front of the cashier waiting to pay and the lady wearing turtle neck (gray dress sweater with huge black eyeglasses ) didn't even care to help or ask if I need help or want something!

  Did not feel welcome at all. I went to exchange a wallet and felt as though i was not supposed to be there? Maybe it was because i am young but i weas there to buy something! They payed no attention to me and decided to help this women buying boots (the women was going balistic).
