    Was a very good massage. But I didn't get the therapist I booked in and expected to see. No prior notification. I think they expected me not to notice or something as this was my first visit.

    Worth each and every penny, I went for Body Scrub and Orange Facial, both Kaitlyn and Felicita are professionals, I felt so comfortable this neat and clean environment. Their steam is so great. It was a great experience I had and steeped out with a fresh feel. Experience and enjoy the feel.

    Excellent customer service and very talented staff, plus a super relaxing, calm vibe. My favourite place in the city for a massage!

    The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accomodated my disability on my wife and I's visit.

    This is my go-to spot for a good massage in Kensington. You can book a 30 min steam prior to a massage - heavenly. I have had massages with Felicitas and Kaitlyn and both are excellent!
