    I went to this place and met CARLEY DE ...from the very beginning she was very arrogant.. we asked her about some details..she behaved very rudely. ..not at all a friendly person. .she kept rolling her eyes whenever we asked her a question...she was not interested in answering them...I DON'T THINK CARLEY DESERVES THIS JOB...

    My husband and I are looking into booking a trip to the Maldives from Calgary. I called the 1-800 number and was assured that agent would email me with options for flights/hotels. Got 1 email suggesting to go to Fiji, but we asked for Maldives and never heard from her again. The following week I went into the Southcentre location and asked an agent to help me find a vacation package to the Maldives. She took all my info down, phone number, email etc and never hear from her. I have decided to just book this on my own online through Travelocity. Guess these guys didn't want my $11k vacation package commission. Never going to use a travel agent again.
