  Not only were the staff super friendly, they were helpful and informative too. It was a bit overwhelming with the amount of information that we did get, but I think that is a good thing. Cause they were able to answer every question that I had and helped my confusion. What really sold it was the fact that they didn't mind listening to the stories about our kitten. Not only that, but Dr. Harris was super understanding on our situation as our kitten was behind in his shots (Mainly cause we didn't know). Instead she just made sure everything was set up for him to get all of the needles he needed.

  I can't say enough good thing's about this vet clinic and all the staff. So happy I found them. They take the time to explain everything and genuinely care about your pet. Absolutely amazing and great prices. Thank You for everything.

  Yesterday was our first visit to have my dogs vaccines updated. First of all, they’re pretty well priced in my opinion, I called around to a couple vets and Southwood was among the more affordable. Second, the reception/nursing staff are delightful! They’re so happy and friendly and make you feel that your pet is very loved there, even on our first visit! They gave her a toy which made me happy and my dog loved it too. One of the nurses gave me a rundown on teeth brushing which was appreciated and Dr. Ames was so friendly, caring and informative. My dog is part of my family, and I felt she was in great hands here. Very pleased and will continue using this clinic and will recommend to all friends and family.
